LINDY HOP
The lessons
There are four levels of 6 hour classes each. Auditions are mandatory for both the intermediate-advanced and advanced levels. Auditions will be held on Saturday morning from 9.20 to 10.20.

LEVELS
Improvers
No auditions. You have been dancing for around 6 months and you are familiar with 6 and 8 count Swing out, Inside and Outside turn, Lindy Circle, Tuck Turn, Change of place, Charleston basic. You try them on the dance floor and most of the times they work.
Int./Advanced
Auditions are mandatory.
You have been dancing for around some years and you attend classes and night parties regularly. You know the moves and counts of the previous levels. Sometimes you improvise on the rhythm of the music and you can handle medium-fast music fairly well.
Intermediates
No auditions.
You have been dancing for at least a year and you attend classes and night parties regularly. You are at easy with 6 and 8 count Swing out, Inside and Outside turn, Lindy Circle, Texas Tommy, Tuck turn, Charleston basic, Tandem, Hand to hand. You can lead/follow clearly.
Advanced
Auditions are mandatory.
You have been dancing for around three years and you regularly attend classes and night parties, as well as international workshops and festivals. You know the moves and counts of the previous levels. You have no problems improvising and handling really fast music.
TEST
A festival is an opportunity for fun as well as study . In order to make the most of the lessons, choose the right level for yourself. The auditions before the workshop will clarify your ideas but, in the meantime, verify your impressions carrying out the test below.

In order to make classes as enjoyable as possible, please be reminded of the following:
- don’t be late and if you do enter very quietly;
- completely silence your mobile phone;
- leave the classroom always clean;
- enter classrooms with appropriate shoes – no outdoor shoes;
- bring water and some snacks in order not to lose strength.
